We ask that you come prepared to settle your account at each visit. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.
We will gladly file your insurance or provide you with the necessary documentation for the services you obtain at our practice. You will receive the reimbursement, if any, directly from your insurance company.
Your dental insurance is a contract between you and them. Not all services will be a covered benefit in the contract you have with your insurance company. Due to the overwhelming amounts of insurance plans we are unable to guarantee or estimate what your individual plan will cover.
