Kathy is our patient care/office manager. Her goal is to provide premium service to each and every patient, both new and existing.
Once our patients have been evaluated by Dr. Codelli, they meet with her to review the customized treatment plan he has recommended. With her knowledge and compassionate manner she helps the patient feel confident with their decision to pursue optimum oral health.
Kathy explains the financial obligations associated with treatment, summarizes dental benefits, and discusses payment options. She then will coordinate a convenient appointment for their treatment.
She also works closely with our referring doctors’ offices to ensure that they are kept informed of our mutual patients’ pending or on going treatment. She helps patients schedule appointments that may be necessary at their referring doctor’s office to allow the best comprehensive dental care.
Kathy joined our staff in 2000 and has over 30 years of business management experience both in the medical and dental field. She attended the University of Kentucky and is a devoted WILDCAT fan.
Her joy in life is her son James, daughter-in-law Katie and her beautiful grandchildren. Kathy enjoys reading and anything to do with interior design. She resides in the North Georgia Mountains with her husband of over 40 years.
Cindy entered dentistry as a second career in 1999 and is Dr. Codelli’s lead surgical assistant. She goes out of her way to create nurturing, trusting and optimistic relationships with our patients to ensure the best specialty care and treatment available in all phases. Cindy maintains close contact with our dental implant supply representatives to ensure that care for our patients is as smooth as possible (especially challenging given the ever-changing nature of periodontal and dental implant treatment today). Born in Massachusetts yet reared in Charleston, South Carolina, Cindy has 2 daughters and 4 grandkids. She attended the Art Institute of Atlanta and enjoys music, dance, and theater. She also loves snow-skiing, as well as anything and everything to do with France. Cindy obviously has a broad “joie de vivre” (French for “joy of life”) that places most, if not all, patients at ease.
